Digital Camera Tips – Do i have to get a Business license?
Ok so me and my freind are both 13 years old!
We are gonna start a buisness!
Its called Photos By Danyelle
What we do is…. i have a digital camera and we take 25 picture each!
then you can pick the ones you want!
Regular pictures are $1 and holiday photos are $2 each!
But i dont have a printer so we E-Mail it to you!
Do i need a buisness licence?
How do i get it?

IF YOU PLAN ON HAVING A LOCATION YOULL NEED A SELLERS PERMIT WHICH IS VERY CHEAP ABOUT 30.00 OR SO.
YOU NEED TO ADVERTISE WHICH CAN BE FREE SUCH AS CRAIGLSIT OR HANDING OUT FLYERS.
YOU COULD BE PRETTY SUCCESSFUL WHICH YOU PROABLY WILL BE SO OPEN UP A BUSINESS ACCOUNT AT YOUR LOCAL BANK KEEP RECORDS.
FILE TAXES WHICH YOU NEED A FEDERAL NUMBER
- You are under age to do any commercial activities. If you want your business to be legitimate, you have to have an adult who becomes a guarantor/owner-operator of your business. Provided that one of your fathers becomes the guarantor, he requires a business license from the city you operate your business, he needs to obtain sales tax certificate so that the business can collect, report and pay the sales tax collected, and at the year end, file tax returns on the business.
